Error 'Help and Support' won't start, need help, WIN 7 64b.

I restored it back a week, but still pops up - " Windows Help and Support can't Start." I have WIN 7 64bit. Any download to fix it?

I finally fixed my 'Help and Support' problem. My FireWall was blocking it, after a uninstall/Re-install it worked ok. I didn't look there to see if it was on the exception list ...... Oh well, live and learn.
