Error in creating Partition in Windows 7 using Disk Fragment

I have 455 gb of c Drive and out of that 150 GB is free. I have on one drive C. I want to create a partition.

However when i click on shrink volume of C drive it shows that only 3 gb of space is available to create a partition.

I have attached the image which shows the popup window. In the back window u can see the free space.

Please some 1 help me in this. Thanks!

You need to use Partition Wizard bootable disk, rather than Windows Disk Management. The former does not have the limitations of the latter.

The last link at the bottom of this page:

Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online

Burn it to a disk and boot from it.
