Hi, I'm trying to find a way to delete the bar with the buttons, "Organize", "Include in Library", "Share with", etc. in Windows Explorer when a folder is opened in Windows 7.
I never use the buttons on this bar and it's just taking up screen space.

I have a home network of 3 computers, wired, all on Win7 Home, 2 in 64 bit, one on 32 bit. I copy files from one computer to others. In Windows Explorer, I have shortcuts that keep multiplying. On computer 3, I have 100 (100!) shortcuts of Videos. They are named Videos~1, Videos~2......
Using the "new" version of windows explorer or "my computer" I want to use delete/copy/paste/cut etc buttons in a tool bar on the top.
The only way I can see to do this now is to click "organize" for a drop down menu.
Am I missing something?
