My external monitor works but it just recently started doing something weird. It might be the VGA Cable but I'm not sure. It's visible enough that if you compared my laptop screen towards my external screen you would see this like tiny tiny tiny tiny (emphasizing tiny) like white flickers. Some what moving up and down the screen. It's like almost if your VGA cable was just slightly not all the way in. I've wiggled the cabled replugged both ends. Turned my laptop off, the screen off. Reset the screen settings. Everything and I still see it. Is my VGA Cable going bad or my monitor?
