Extra Administrator folder in C:\Users\ ?

Hello! This is my first post!

I have two admin folders in my Users directory. One which is called "Administrator"(empty) and the other with the usual User files like My Documents, Videos, Music etc. Can I delete this other empty folder or does it have a purpose in the system. It does have a pretty gold lock on it. While viewing this I am logged in as the default disabled Administrator account. To unlock it I typed the "net user administrator /active:yes" command in CMD.

Actually what I think happened, the "Administrator" folder existed before you enabled and logged into that account. To avoid issues Windows does not reuse an existing folder for the user account. A new folder is created with a format like: "[username].[computer-name]"
