people help i think my laptop is broken?!

people first of all my laptop is HP Pavilion DV6-7070ex and when i used HP Support Assistant for updating my stupid internet got down and then i disconnected and connected then an extract thing came up and the lap was lagging so i closed it then it started the update again from first then i clicked stop then my laptop screen got black so i restarted it then the screen was small like in safe mod so i changed it with -> right click -> screen resolution -> and then i set it to full and then my taskbar appears white and when i try to run fraps or any game it gives me an error for DirectX and i cant change the screen saver when i try to change it it says you need direct3d to make this screen saver work and i already have it and everything is working good but i cant play any game + cant run some programs for DirectX thing and then i tried updating again from HP Support Assistant and it goes good but there was an update for NVIDIA HD Graphics Driver when i downloaded it it wont install for some reason and as i know that graphics driver will solve the problem so people please reply to this thread and say to me how to fix! im getting annoyed and i got my pc from 1 month so im pissed off so people please answer

Can you rewrite that with an occasional period, some sentences, and maybe 3 or 4 paragraphs, so we can make sense of it?

First of all, if you have a new HP and your still running the bloated Factory Install then this kind of thing is common. Most tech enthusiasts will Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 or at least Clean Up Factory Bloatware.

The likely solution to the problem you've got now is to boot into the Windows 7 DVD or System Repair Disk to choose System Recovery Options to System Restore to a point before the problem occurred.

If you need an installer for your licensed version to do the repairs or if necessary Reinstall it is step 5 in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

First try a "system restore" to a point in time BEFORE problems appeared
