I believe that connector Barman is talking about should be in the upper left close to the I/O panel. Mine is two 2 pin connectors.

There/their is no way for us to know. You are the one that has to decide that. You can put your system together outside of the case and find out. I have seen and heard of improper installation of motherboard causing this problem. Not using stand offs correctly or a case not made correctly. There/their is little room for error.

All my standoffs are fine.
Ill try taking standoffs out and lifting it up abit from the case when i get home.

best way to check the case shorting the motherboard is using a multimeter to check the resistance between the positive connection from the PSU, (You check the socket on the board with the PSU plugs disconnected), and the case at various points if you get a zero or extremely low resistance reading you have a short as the resistance should be near or at infinite.

setting up the system outside the case is a major undertaking and will require an insulated pad to place the motherboard and the components on, then you just connect everything as if it was inside the case.

Of course you should only proceed with any of these advanced test procedures if you are fully comfortable with the methods involved

SWEET JESUS I DID IT!!!

i put my pc on its side, placed a fan underneath my motherboard so its is resting ontop... away i went ))

If i take the fan back out and rest the mb on the mb screws (not screwed in) then the problem comes back, so what does this mean? I cant screw my mb in or my pc wont work lol how do i fix that?

I reseated everything and still same problem.

Did the Cmos battery, Jumpers, MemOk thing whilst changing and reseating each hardware. Didnt solve it.

So i bought a new peice of hardware and replaced each thing one by one, so Ive tried replacing the: motherboard, power supply, graphics card, processer and ram.

I have 2 disc drives which ive unplugged till I get this problem solved.

I have 3 SSD's ive tried only one plugged each time.

Nothing smells burnt.

Motherboards screws are all in and tight.

All cables in correct places and secure.

Its cool inside the case. No overheating problems whilst it was working.

I am really stuck now
If you have any tips what you think I have not tried then please share
Just leave it like that /...

Sounds like it may well be an earthing/grounding problem, it would appear that the MB is shorting out to the case.

One suggestion is to obtain some insulated, (Fibre, Plastic, or rubber), Grommets, (Washers). Fit these between the motherboard and the mounting pillars, (fit on both sides so that the pillars and the mounting screws are isolated from touching the motherboard). Reassemble and see if this solves the issue.

It could also be a dry joint somewhere in the motherboard circuitry but this is a very difficult to actually locate, which is making a connection when the board is in one position but not in the "normal" one

Long term I would suggest you RTM the board to the supplier as this new board is certainly suspect
