ohh thats weird, i put in my monitors plug into the outlet and i think it caused a power cut

This must be investigated farther. After changing all that hardware and still the same problem. The power cut may be the outlet or circuit in the building. Those should be checked by a qualified electrician very soon. I would not use that circuit or outlet until it was. It could be caused by a monitor but I have not known one to do that. If you know the outlets that are not on the circuit plug the computer into one of them or even a friends dwelling. That is why I recommended replacing the power supply cord. It sound like a incoming power supply problem from the wall outlet.
Are you using a surge protector? If not surges from a bad outlet can damage parts as fast as you plug computers into it. Only two things I can think of.
1. You are installing miss match hardware and/or installed wrong.
2. Your power from the wall outlet is not correct.
There/their is no way on this globe that all those parts are bad on one computer at one time.

Omg it just teased me

I replaced my corsair h50 with the standard cpu fan that came with my amd fx cpu and it turned on! but forcing me to go in to bios so i set the date and time and my boot device and made sure asus's auto cpu overclocker was on normal (not High or Power Saving) so i saved and reset now im back to square one

same cpu led light is back omgggg

once my friend had the same problem (for 50 tries it started only once ) and the cause was faulty motherboard .........
Well i am not sure if that is your case ?????
As told also try the system in an other room as that particular socket might b malfunctioning

I have replaced my motherboard like i said, im in another room at a different socket too

Changing your cpu cooler should of not required resetting bios time, date or boot order. It would be a fine time to replace the Bios battery and then make sure every thing is set to default and time and date are correct. NO over clocking until problem is fixed. Please don't do a lot of things without telling us. It just runs us in circles. We need to know what you do and the results. I have the feeling we are not getting the whole story.

Changing rooms might not of changed the circuit of the outlet. The only way to know for a DIY would be plugging something like a lamp into both sockets, (one in each room) and throw circuits breakers and see if lamps go off and on at the same time. Two rooms could be on the same circuit. It depends on the wiring codes and the person who did the wiring.

The front panel switch on the case that turns the computer on, used to be an actual switch that would make or break the current to the motherboard, some systems still have this type of switch but is now either on the PSU or at the back of the case. Modern front panel switches are now a momentary action switch ( a pulse goes to the motherboard), this press is actioned by the motherboard dependent on it's current state, IE - if off the full power is supplied to the M/B and the system boots, If the system is on and running a signal is sent to the bios, and thus the OS which actions it according to user preference, Switch off, Sleep, Hibernate etc.

I have seen "dead System" faults which are caused by a faulty switch or it's cabling to the motherboard, also there is often a four pin connector from the PSU to the M/B (in addition to the 20 pin connector that is related to this soft switching which maintains a current to the M/B when plugged into power but switched OFF

it may be worth while cleaning the contacts on this and the main PSU/ M/B connectors and ensuring that the switch connections are correct and workng

well i keep trying the jumpers and cmos battery so thats why it asked me to set up bios.

On this sabretooth board it gives me 3 options as i said: power saving mode , normal or high. i chose normal.

i also keep pressing the memok button when replacing ram.. the led for that just flashes at the same speed for ever more... when that switch works; it flashes 2 or 3 times and the cpu led then flashes a few times and it boots lol but thats not happening.

Power looks fine in this room
