Not something I am familiar with as a normal entry. Have you tried running an AV and Anti-Malware program to check for infection(s)?

I don't know what it is but many of the sites I go to looking for information Malwarebytes blocks. With that in mind I would run Windows Defender OFF Line.

What I'm suggesting is it could be a infection and the only way to be sure is doing some scans. Many sites I go to that have the word Ukgient set off a aleart with my security. That would give me cause for concern if it was my computer.
I suggested one program that works quiet well and here is another one.
Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET
These scans cost nothing but time.

Ukjent seems to norwegian for "Unknown", and the OS seems to be set to norwegian.
I checked the HKEY location on my computer, and it has a default value but no unknown value.
Launch regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and tell us what it lists.
I got a couple subenteries on mine (Java and blackberry), so it is used for legitimate purposes (if not standard)
It's interesting that it has a date in the command entry. I think that should be pointing to an executable, but it does not.

It could be an application that installed/uninstalled incorrectly, but I'm not sure.
