How to change speed of air fans?

Hi,

I have 3 fans in my PC, 1 of them is CPU cooler and another 2 are for blowing air in and out from my PC. The one what is blowing air in isn't on 100% and the one what must blow out air is just stopped so Where could i find place in BIOS to set their speed?

Or can you tell me some good program for that?

Regards

You might want to see if SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer can help I have never used it so I'm not sure.

Are you sure the fans are not failing?

Have you also considered cleaning the computer in general with a can of compressed air and cleaning the fan blades? The fan may have stopped due to a blockage of dust and other debris.

Something is wrong with the fan that has stopped. You can usually control the cpu from the bios if it has the option. How do you know a fan isn`t running 100% ?

There are 3 fans. 2 are for blowing air in and out, the one what is blowing air in is working, the one what should blow air out is just standing, and 1 is just CPU cooling fan and that is 100% running.
And i clean my pc from dust like every week so it couldnt be from that and all fans are connected to motherboard
So my question is where could i speed up these fans what arent running?

It`s not running because it`s broke or fried, replace it.

Actually you're wrong. I used "SpeedFan" and i saw that it was controlled bySmartGuardian so i changed that to "Software Controlled" and Voila! My fans are now running 1500+ RPM

Thankyou for fast replies and Special thanks to Bongo for recommending Speedfan to me.
