Windows 7: i need some help here!USB port.

i need some help here!USB port.

i have tried everything i could to fix my desktop problem but until now its still the same. i was installing window 7 yesterday and and all run smoothly in the beginning till the end. but once its reach the [setup is preparing computer for the first use]. im stuck. because none of my mouse or keyboard can be detected by the pc. i cant click cant type cant do anythinng. i really need some help.. hope to hear from the member for solution! thanks!

[intel core i5-2500k,gigabyte z68ap-d3 mainboard,asus gtx550 graphic card,kingston ddr3 4gb ram,500gb sata harddisk,cooler master 500w power supply,coolermaster glite 310 casing,lg dvd writer ]

What type mouse & keyboard ? Not wireless are they, if so you need to install the drivers from the cd that came with them. You may have to hook a PS2 or usb mouse & keyboard.

If you don't have any PS/2 ports on your computer, then USB wired mouses usually have PnP drivers, which are installed automatically when the device is connected to the computer.

What type of mouse and keyboard are you using?
