Switching Users causes "Not Enough Resources"

I have Windows 7 on a machine at home that the whole family uses. I've noticed that when i leave some applications running (ie...IE, Firefox, Mail, ect...) and someone else wants to login to do something they get the error message "Not Enough Resources to login".
So i will then have to log back in as me and close everything i left open so they can login.
There is no domain obviously since the windows fast switch user is being used.

Has anyone else had this issue or no how to resolve it?

If you fill in your system specs (lower left corner of your post) we would know what hardware you have.

Suspect the resources being used is RAM

    thanks

Sounds like the OS may be running low on virtual memory. Is Windows configured for auto pagefile management (default), or have you specified a fixed pagefile size?

In addition to what Zigzag requested, it would also be useful if you could paste back the output from running this on a CMD prompt:

    systeminfo |find "Memory"
