    That's what I recommended earlier.

We expect that you will follow all steps given, reporting back results or asking further questions to get each step done. Only then will we give new steps.

What do you mean fail? Did it come back after you Uninstalled in Device Manager and then rebooted?

What happened when you ran Automatic drive update? What happened when you browsed into unzipped Chipset as suggested earlier?

Why do you not reply to each step so we know what you've done and don't have to type them out twice? This is annoying.

Then if it won't pick up a driver from the PC's or mobo's latest Win7 chipset I'd just disable and ignore it. If you notice any function is missing or lacking I'd go back to the chipset installer you've unzipped, rightlick on it's .exe file to Run as Admin to install the chipset to see if it gets its driver.

Then install the latest chipset from the HP Support Downloads webpage for your model.

Have you installed the latest chipset for your model PC, from the HP Support Downloads webpage?

Since you apparently have no interest in finding it and won't even ask back how to do so, I'm providing you a link to the HP Downloads page for your model here: Software & Driver Downloads HP Pavilion dv6-7070ex Entertainment Notebook PC | HP® Support

I would install all three items listed under 64 bit Win7 chipset.
