[URGENT] Black screen

I've been using Windows 7 for about 2 weeks and I didn't have much issues with it. Today when I turned on my laptop, everything was booting fine until the welcome screen where I enter my password to log in. It gives me a blank page but it's not loading at all, I see my mouse not to mention. It's working fine when I boot up from safe mode though, that's how I'm typing this :P.Anyways, I really need someone to help fix this.

Did you hook up an external monitor or television before? The desktop is probably now on that display, even if it's unconnected. Try to disable it somehow in safe mode or choosing most recents setting that worked at the f8 boot screen. Or a System Restore to when you know it was good.
