    My "administrator tools" is invisible.

I can't see "administrator tools" on the start menu or in All Programs.
Actually, the label is on the start menu but it shows empty.
It does not show at all under All Programs.
The configuration is checked to show it in both places.
    I unchecked and rechecked. Nothing.

I copied another administrator tools folder from another computer to the start menu under ProgramData. When I did it acted like it was already there asking if I wanted to overwrite. When it was done I still could not see the folder under ProgramData or on the start menu or under All Programs.

I copied the folder to the start menu under my profile. It did the same thing indicating that it was already there - HOWEVER, I now can see the folder under the programs folder and I can see it under All Programs, but it still shows empty on the start menu. I know it has to be under ProgramData to show in the start menu, but it appears to be there but invisible.

I am the only user and an administrator. It is version 7600.

Can someone tell me what is going on PLEASE????????

R click a blank spot on start menu, properties, start menu, customize, system administrative tools.

    Start Menu - Customize
