Trouble with multiple users accessing applications

I am trying to create a couple user accounts for my roommates and friends who also use my computer.

I have an admin account, which is mine, and obviously see's every program I install. When I create new users they can't see any of these applications, Spotify for example.

I'm wanting to install a few more programs they'd like to use and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to allow them permission to use them, but not other applications.

Any help will be appreciated!
