Boot screen - how to cahnge text?

Greetings.
After my newinstalled Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, which is an English .iso, I have installed my own language, and that's OK. But the boot-window with the 4 colored squares is the text still in English, STARTING WINDOWS, it writes.
Also after I have typed my password to login, it write WELCOME.

How do I change these 2 screens to my own language? I had it in my old Wiundows 7 installation, but it is some years ago I installed that, and I can't remember how I did it back then
