    in registry (so run regedit) browse to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

    what is the value of shell in the right part of screen?

    On the black screen:
    Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc on the keyboard to bring up Task Manager.
    works? if working:
    1. Click File -> New Task (Run…)
    2. Type explorer.exe and then press Enter.
    If this does not work try the same again but just type in explorer.
