I just read that post on page one that he had a cooler master 550, which holds a constant of approx 375 Watts for about 4-5 hours, max wattage is 550 watts, but it rarely gets that much power out according to reviews of that PSU.

Not only that, but his CPU probably requires 175-200 Watts, plus the 350 the GPU requires, means at a bare minimum he would need about a 550 + the Wattage the CD-Rom/DVD and HDD require, the PSU is slightly too small in the wattage department.

So the cause would come from the PSU?During gaming,my PSU does run noisy.Googled about the noise and most people experience that to so I thought it just a normal problem.

The video card you upgraded to requires at a bare minimum of 350 Watt, but with your system I would recommend at least 450-500 Watts.

What is happening, is since PSUs don't constantly bring up full power all the time, it doesn't initialize your newer card, I bet if you unplug the monitor from the new card to the onboard while it is still on and acting up like this you will find your onboard was loaded instead.
I think post #6 in this thread answers the PSU wattage being used.

Actually it does. Something needs to make the beep sounds. Did it beep before all of the changes you've done? If your PSU is making "noise" while gaming I think it is being stressed too much, like other people's. What is the exact model number of it?

When you reinstalled the GPU did you physically remove it and the power cables and put them back? Many, many times people don't get it or cables fully inserted, although they swear it can't be that.

Won't cost anything to check.

It does beep before the changes. My PSU is Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 550w.I disconnect the 6 pin power from the card and remove the card from the board.

Some hardware tests to run.

Graphics card:

RAM (memory):
This will require memtest on a bootable CD or USB stick.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Your PSU may be a little weak with two 12V rails each only capable of 16A. Here is your label and one from a Seasonic PSU with one 12V rail which can output 45A.

The graphics card itself is not the problem, and have reconnected the cables properly as suggested by Britton30?

How old is the PSU? Is it still under warranty or able to be returned? The PSU may be the problem; I would suggest getting a PSU with a much higher wattage.
