    error message on shutdown


    Hello, I have submitted this problem in August. ,but no replies so I am submitting it again. When I shut down my Dell Insperion 620, I get a not shutting down error"Net. BroadcastEventWindow " end now or continue. I would like to repair this and not have the error popup . Please help !

    hi,
    what's your .net framework version? currently when my client user got this error, i just do a upgrade .net framework with latest version.
