Laptop powers down but does not power up (intermittent)
It just happens that my does not seem to "wake up" from hibernation, and this happens intermittently. Working around this involved settings the Power Settings to never switch off anything, but shouldn't the underlying architecture or Windows interact with the underlying hardware?
