Solved How do i fix default program icon

Hey guys i need help with a problem . See normally when you install a new program like lets say when you installed itunes the program icon will be the itunes logo but how come in my pc it looks like this



I also get this problem on every exe file i have so i really need help to fix this

More details btw i messed up the default icon then because i used the filetypes man program and messed up the default exe icon

You might see if downloading the .reg file for the listed EXE option in the tutorial below may be able to fix this for you. It will restore the default associations and registry entries for EXE files.
