Shortcut to search from specific folder

I'm trying to create a reasonable desktop (Windows 7) alternative to the apps search in Windows 8. I saw this tutorial that allows you to create a search shortcut:

Search Shortcut - Create

However, I was wondering if it were possible to let the search start from a specific folder (e.g. Start Menu). "Start in" as in actually starting to search from the folder, not for the folder at first.

Thanks in advance!
