Hello, I been working on someones computer and here's the issues hope you can understand it. So I have two battery for the computer one that came with the computer and a new one that is the same model. But the original power adapter went out a few months okay the people that owned it told me. So they went and got a universal one. A Targus APA31US. Also forgot to tell you that the new battery own't charge. But the original one that came with it still holds charge and everything and Dells Bios says its life is normal and windows never poped up saying it needed a new battery. But with the adapter the Targus one it won't charge. The computer doesn't even detect it plugged in. But with the new battery that doesn't work will detect the adapter. Also with the original plugged in dell Bios doesn't detect it. With the new battery that doesn't work the bios detects it. So is it a problem with the adapter or what. Also the new battery that doesn't charge the bio doesn't detect it. So someone please help me on this. I think is the adapter. But just wanting to know what you guys think.
