| | Laptop has gone into startup repair 4 times in one week Recently my laptop has been starting up with startup repair opening it scanning for 15-20 minutes but it scans for nothing it dosent even say it was succesful then it goes directly to windows repair help with the restore, wipe HD and other options. I want to know if anything major is wrong or not |

| | Obviously you should have your files backed up. Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with the bootable HD and Memory tests. These work up to if necessary running a REpair Install as a last resort before running Factory Recovery or getting the superior Clean Reinstall. |
