just yesterday my PC is stuck in windows loading screen;
i inserted my win repair CD and detected my drive C:/.
after a while, it says it has been repaired, it restarted and went to a chkdsk scan to my 2 partition drive c:/ and f:/
after chkdsk it restarted and im still stuck in the windows loading screen.
so i created a USB bootable windows thinking that i just had a bad CD, done the same repair method and still stuck in the windows loading screen.
I was so desperate that i decided to just reformat my drive c:\
and then now it hangs on this window

the red LED indicator on my PC stops blinking so i assumed that it hanged.
i restarted my PC and tried reformatting my C which then prompted me with an error
"the file or directory c:\$WINDOWS.~LS is corrupt and unreadable. Please run chkdsk utility"
trying to revive my PC, i went to repair option and it didn't detect my drive c:\ anymore.
im no expert but can you analyze what might caused this? do i have a bad HDD? Mobo? OS? and what can i do to fix this issue.
appreciate any help.
