Left over Program Files or Registry Entries?

I used an Android Emulator called Jar of Beans. I saw that it had put an option in the notification tray settings for me to show icon and notifications etc. I didn't want the program to do that, so I deleted it. The problem is that the program doesn't have an uninstaller. It doesn't show up in the uninstall a program area in Control Panel. It still shows up in the tray option as shown below. What should I do?

Take a look at this: Notification Area Icons - Reset It should help.

Something else to try is the Temp file and Registry cleaner in CCleaner.
