Does the flashing just appear in that game or in all games?

Please update the graphics card drivers from the vendor website by downloading the latest ones and installing them.

Click on the start orb and in the "Search programs and files" field type, "Device Manager" and hit enter. From the resulting devices, you will be able to discover your "Display adapter." This is your graphics card.

Also, you can post your computer model and if it is the graphics card that came with it, and not one you or someone else added in afterwards, it would help as well.

Download and run GPU-Z Video card GPU Information Utility This will provide information on your graphics card and the current driver you are using.

That is a basic integrated video card, it was released 4-5 years ago. Personally I would invest in either a new laptop of if you have a desktop, a new video card. That card doesn't do so well with modern video applications.

If memory serves right, it doesn't have any dedicated vram, and even back when it was released it had issues with games.
