1.0TB Western Digital Caviar Black SATA 6G 7200rpm 64MB Cache Internet Speed +/- 9929 Kbps Other Info This machine was given to me when my dad bought a new computer. I keep throwing upgrades at it and it keeps on ticking. Think I've done everything to it that can be done outside a PSU upgrade so I can run an even BETTER GPU.
Also, you can post your computer model and if it is the graphics card that came with it, and not one you or someone else added in afterwards, it would help as well.

That is a basic integrated video card, it was released 4-5 years ago. Personally I would invest in either a new laptop of if you have a desktop, a new video card. That card doesn't do so well with modern video applications.
If memory serves right, it doesn't have any dedicated vram, and even back when it was released it had issues with games.
