Windows 7: Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Build 9200???

I am having problems actualy have been having these problems before i got Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Build 9200.
ok these problems rarely happen if i am just browsing the net or just listening to music but they do happen.They happen more when i try to play a game "Sins of a Solar Empire"
i will give a list of the errors... wich doesnt take much to run... anyway
