Dragging folders are different and text is different after moving PC

Hi, i physically moved my PC today and a few problems have come up.

The only different setup was using a hdmi cable rather than my dvi.
I noticed the difference with dragging windows, the text and my background had turned black. I have since swapped it back.
I have since reinstalled graphics drivers (HD 6970) with driver fusion but it doesnt help

See pic:

Thanks John
