It says you are from California but I really can't make out what you are really asking. Maybe English isn't your first language but you need to be a little clearer with your question.

From what I can understand this problem can be cause by such programs as, Tune Up my PC, Registry Cleaners ect. Have you been using any kind of programs like these?

English is my first language. Basically what's been going on 15 days ago I got a popup windows is not ginuwine and I haven't had it since this morning. So I tried to start my computer and I got a popup saying my computer wasnt able to start up and windows was going to try and repair the issue. So i got the PC to restart and again this pop up of windows not being ginuwine. So It had a link to solve this problem and it took me to windows security essential s and I downloaded it but windows 7 would not let me update because it was already installed. So I went to action center updated to the latest version of windows security essentials no problem. So I restarted the computer and got the bsod. The touch feature worked on my screen so I pressed the power button and restarted my PC no issues the windows not ginuwine popped up again but after I restarted it again it didn't. I've have windows installed on the PC since last year about this time and I usually Dont keep my PC connected to the internet.

And no I Dont have any of those windows cleaner type programs installed I mainly use windows system tools for cleaning and maint. This PC is for media only

My understanding is the Windows 7will let up up date things except Windows 7 itself. Their is also a chance that a infection changed Windows files causing this to happen. Three things I recommend for check above and beyond your anti virus scans.
    Malwarebytes Anti Malware
    Eset on line scan
    Windows defender off line.

    Malwarebytes
    ----------
Free Online Virus Scanner | ESET
    ----------
    Windows Defender Offline
    ---------
Up date all of them and then run Full scans with each, one at a time.
The reason is no one program finds everything.
I noticed that about a week ago Noel recommend you to post a MGADiag in the activation forum. After you are sure you are not infected that is what you should.

Computers can be crazy critters. It might help submitting a MGADiag anyway and explain how sometime your system reports it's not genuine. They might be able to see something and get it repaired before things get worse.
