After I changed c: partition from primary to logical using mini tool partition wizard program and created two volumes, there was a file on the dektop, about 88 Gb size, then I deleted it but I can't find its space when do shrenke volume to c: partition.
Is it still in the Recycle Bin? Empty it.

Most often shrinkage using Disk Mgmt is restrained by system files which are running so cannot be moved using defrag. This is resolved easily by using free Partition Wizard bootable CD to Resize Partition - Video Help.
I tried Empty recycle but when I do shrenke to c: I just get about 2440 Mb size.
But I need to shrenke c: not to add to c:, because as you see it has big size, 350 Gb.
And I need to know that is there any danger in changing c: to logical from primary, I know I already changed c: to logical, because it is said primary is a new technology. just I want to know.
Logical is needed to add more than four partitions to a HD. In place of one Primary a Logical is created which can then have as many adjacent Logicals added as you want. This is best when you are trying to keep the pre-installed HP Boot, Recovery and OEM Diagnostics partitions bootable.
Are you wanting to shrink C more now and where would you like to put that space once C is shrunk?

Did you recover the missing space by emptying the Recycle Bin on C?
Yes, I want to shrenke c: more so I can extend the other two volumes more. Because 350 Gb fore c: is too much as you know.
And what do you mean by the last question?
You said you had a large file you deleted from desktop but didn't get the space back for shrinking. I asked you if you checked in the Recycle Bin. If it's in there it is still counted. You need to empty the bin.
Use free Partition Wizard bootable CD to resize C to the size you want, as shown in this video: Partition Wizard Resize Partition - Video Help. It can resize System files that are running otherwise.
Then post back another Disk Mgmt screenshot, explain where you would like to distribute the space you made.
I did Empty Recycle Bin but I'm not sure if I recover the space because recycle bin size was so small, but I think I didn't recover it.

But there is something I want to know, after I changed c: to logical, and when I shrenked it, the available amount was about 330 Gb instade of bigger than that, and the total amount of c: is about 660 Gb?
I explained that Partition Wizard CD can move System Files which are running when you attempt to shrink in Disk Mgmt and thus cannot be relocated to shrink the space. These are not running when you shrink from a booted CD.
