    Resize Recycle icon


    I know it can be done. I have done it myself but now cannot remember (seniors moment ) and cannot find.
    It bugs me to look at a great big icon in the middle (almost ) of my nice clean start screen.

    Highlight icon, hold CTRL and use the scroll wheel on the mouse to resize.

Never had this issue before. I have a folder of shortcuts of many apps which are of medium icons. Of late whenever I open the folder the icon size is small and arranged one above the other.This has happened many times , where I set the icon size in the folder , and when reopening it has changed....
Hello everyone (I'm french, excuse me for my English) How can I disable the resizing of the desktop icons with the CTRL+Mouse wheel without disable the mouse wheel function for other applications?
