How to fix my icon short cut problem

Hello guys
I have something like a IconChache.db problem , And tryed many tutorial and things,but none worked,how can i fix the problem? Almost all dekstop icons are the same,and when i click one, an error appears.

What exactly have you tried? No use having people here suggest what you know doesn't work. What is the wording of the "error message"?
