Next create a temporary new User Account in Control Panel to see if its a problem with corrupt User account. In case you have Desktop, remove any 3rd party peripherals and power cord from your Desktop, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge any residual current inside the desktop. In case you have laptop, remove the battery and charger/ac adapter/power cord from your Dell notebook, press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge any residual current inside the laptop. |
