Yes sure it is. If the keys aren't POPPING back up and or aren't registering when you press them then the keyboard is bad. None of that has anything to do with the Operating System. That is all Hardware

Out of curiosity, how would After Effects CS5 with only 2GB? The only reason I use Windows is for AE, and I have all the necessary drivers. I'm not interested in any performance gains, just want to use AE.
