Key lag? effects everything

    ohh right, yes i recently desmantled my entire laptop, still didn't help

    i did the thing with device manager, but it didn't seem to help, there was no error message

    Yes sure it is. If the keys aren't POPPING back up and or aren't registering when you press them then the keyboard is bad. None of that has anything to do with the Operating System. That is all Hardware
