1 user, password but after sleep mode logon password is incorrect?
A friend of mine has a new HP laptop running windows 7.
He is the only user so there is only 1 user configured with only 1 password.
But when the device goes into sleep mode (closing the lid) and it wakes up, the password is told to be incorrect.
When you than click "other user" the same single user pops up again and the password (same password) is accepted.
So i now setup the device without a password to temparely solve this, but does anyone know how to fix this?
Haven't seen it before and cannot find any solution to it.
