Sticky keys screwed up my PC.

Hi, for some reason when I pressed shift five times the option still popped up even though I'm pretty sure it was set to off. I clicked "yes" I want to enable sticky keys. Now it screwed up my PC.

When I want to hit say the windows button for some reason I have to hit it twice to open it and close it. Moreover if I am in a video game my movement and everything is screwed up my mouse goes nuts and I lose control over it.

How can I undo this?

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the keyboard easier to use Then uncheck the sticky keys option

Why did you select Yes when you knew you did not want to use Sticky Key?

But I remembered sticky keys as being like using shift to do stuff like capitalize and other stuff like that such as ctrl alt del. Anyways I turned it off now.
