Windows 7: Right clicking crashes my windows explorer

Right clicking crashes my windows explorer

When I right click anywhere, it just crashes my Windows Explorer.
I've tried doing the "sfc /scannow" but it said it couldn't fix some corrupted files.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. SP-1
Northern Ohio
 
 

Right clicking any thing while using the computer or right clicking anything in Windows Explorer.
Did you follow all the instruction here?
