i accidentally set default a specific program

In the 'open with' context menu, I accidentally changed the running program for ALL the icons on my desktop . So now, all the icons on my desktop are identical and all of them run using the same program, how do i revert this back?

Hello kiinzukaba, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You could download the .reg files for the listed exe and lnk (LNK) options in the tutorial below to restore their default associations, and hopefully fix this.

Default File Type Associations - Restore

    Hope this helps, :)

Your initial post says "I accidentally changed the running program for ALL the icons on my desktop": What exactly did you do?
