Help! Laptop w/Win 7 hangs at start up will not start in any mode!

F keys will not work either! I don't think I have a disc to restore from, what else can I do?

Everything possible that can be done Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start is in the blue link, leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Factory Recovery or get the superior Clean Reinstall.

No important files? Then I strongly recommend this Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and formatting your HDD during the install. Make sure there are no partitions, and just unallocated space.
