Moving windows animation gone, how to fix?

When you move a windows (of an app, explorer, etc..) you can see it moving around. Now when i try moving any windows, it doesn't move, i just see the rectangle of it's shape moving, that's all... I don't see that option.
Can you post a screen print showing where you see this option?

Not on pc at moment but there are different ways to get there
Follow the link to other thread above and dwarf shows one way, I go to control panel-performance info and tools-adjust visuals(top left)

I know how to get to the Visual Settings.
I don't see a "Record thumbnails in taskbar" option.

Maybe the OP is really asking about the "Animations in the taskbar and Start Menu" option ?
