high disc activity warning WBENGINE.exe ??

like title say, i got a warning that wbengine have high disc activity... what is this and how do i fix it ?? it's located @ system32.

ok, i read it, and it says its a service for windows vista ?? i have windows 7, why do i have it ?? it also says its a backup program that starts manually and only when i do manual backup... i never did such thing when i got the warning.. may it be virus/spyprogram on my pc?

also, would this mean it uses up my SSD's r/w on unnecessary writing/reading ?

wbengine exists in w7 as well.

wbengine have high disc activity

maybe a scheduled (automatic) backup? see control panel > backup & restore.

& take a look at the Status in Task Scheduler > Microsoft > Windows > WindowsBackup

ahaa yes there was automatic backup there, every sunday actually :O so this one is also affected by automatic backup, and not only manually backup ? thank you =)
