Windows 7: Create new user from regedit

you could use hierns bootable cd and use mini windows xp on it, that uses your RAM instead of your HDD its a great tool for trouble shooting and edit the reg, but i dont see why you would cause you could really mess up your computer again but you can use this cd to create a new user

Your best bet would be to run Windows Defender Offline as posted by UsernameIssues in post #6. But even when you remove a virus, can you be sure a traces are really gone? A clean install is the only way to be sure.

Even if you are the only user, it's a good idea to always make a second administer account just in case your everyday administer account gets corrupted.
