Cant login, trouble installing windows 7.

I gave recently restored my Dell Inspiron to factory settings. And now I get sent to a blank ligin and password screen with the profile picture blank as well. None of my previous usernames work. Also when I type in Administrator into the username box it says "Your acc has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." I have got a windows 7 professional CD to try to install but it just won't come up with a setup for the install after boot up. And my pc originally has windows 7 hone premium. Help for this problem please.

I would do the restore to factory again. This time make sure everything external is disconnected.

Are you taking the destructive path that formats the drive during the recovery? If not you should, but make sure you back up your data first or you'll lose it.

Please try "with active boot x" cd..insert the cd and it is loaded default and it shown on start buttion. You can find the remove password option in start buttion and remove.try to login after removing the cd.

If you restore to factory settings, there will not be a username or password. When you get to that screen, just hit enter.
