Cant login, trouble installing windows 7.

I gave recently restored my Dell Inspiron to factory settings. And now I get sent to a blank ligin and password screen with the profile picture blank as well. None of my previous usernames work. Also when I type in Administrator into the username box it says "Your acc has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." I have got a windows 7 professional CD to try to install but it just won't come up with a setup for the install after boot up. And my pc originally has windows 7 hone premium. Help for this problem please.

I would do the restore to factory again. This time make sure everything external is disconnected.

Are you taking the destructive path that formats the drive during the recovery? If not you should, but make sure you back up your data first or you'll lose it.

If you restore to factory settings, there will not be a username or password. When you get to that screen, just hit enter.

Having trouble installing Windows 7 64 bit.
Hello, recently I figured out that the amount of ram I am going to order is too much for Windows Professional 32 bit. So I was trying to do a clean install of the 64 bit version from my cousins disk, but it stopped immediately at "Windows is loading files", then gives me an error "0xc00000e9". So I...
