Windows 7 ultimate 32bits freeze at start up

Hi everyone, im new to the forum and id like to warn you im french so my English isn't the best.

I recently formatted my laptop (2 days ago) Because i had the black sreen of death.I did a clean install formatting everything. It worked fine for the 2 passed days. Now when i start my pc this is how it goes.

    -windows seven starts
    -Desktop shows WiFi etc.. loads

Everything is fine but as soon as i click on something be it a folder or on start my laptop freezes only my mouse moves. It stays like this for around 5 mn then a black screen shows up with only my cursor avaible.

    -Ctrl/alt/delete does not work
    -Safe mode runs smoothly
    -scanned for virus etc... none
    -Used registry fixer software
    -Runned scan on cmd
    -Tried windows repair from cd
-Reset my bios to default settings
    -Msconfig all starting program

Im on the edge of punching my laptop QQ its really frustrating. Please help i have team view if needed.Id rather not re-format my pc again.Since i do not have the cd in the first place. (Windows 7 came with my laptop borrowed it from a friend to re install.)

Hello gamefan and welcome to Seven Forums.

One of the Forum experts prepared these two troubleshooting guides. I'd start with the "failure to boot".

Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

    Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

If you need an install disk, you can go to Digital River (an official Microsoft download site) and download the ISO for your version of Windows 7. Save it to desktop and then burn it to DVD at no more than 4x speed. Many people recommend using the free ImgBurn.

    The Official ImgBurn Website

And your English is just fine. :)
