oleaut32.dll error? Logonui, explorer error and black screen after boot

Hi,
I have a Windows 7 home premium on the my Samsung series 3 laptop.Yesterday due to critical battery it shut downed automatically, after i charged it and booted into windows 7 it didn't booted even after 30 minutes. So using a windows repair disk i used commands chkdsk C: /f /r.....it fixed all the error s but a message "Failed to transfer logged message to event log with status 50"....later using system restore i restored to earlier point(some critical updates)....After that windows booted in just 2 minutes but returned a message "Logonui-system error" "The program can't start because OLEAUT32.dll is missing from computer.Try re installing the program to fix this problem" After i press ok for 3 times Logon screen apperas and i can select my account but again "explorer.exe failed to started" "The program can't start because OLEAUT32.dll is missing from computer.Try re installing the program to fix this problem"....after this message its just black screen,no desktop,no icons

I am having a heavy HDD activity since 2 weeks...

So any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance

NOTE: I have a ubuntu installed inside windows(WUBI installer) i can boot into it
